This was a big week for Columbus! Something New. We are now officially a media company! Burke, Jessica and I have a lot of ideas, and so many people have creative suggestions and are so supportive of what we do. The question is, what to do first!

The next big thing is I interviewed Andy Schmidt of Schmidt Hospitality Concepts. The fine family who brings us Schmidt's Sausage Haus und Restaurant, Schmidt's Sausage Truck, Schmidt's catering, and, of course, Schmidt's Jumbo Cream Puff. Schmidt's has been featured on many food shows, and have some fun videos on YouTube. You can even see the video of Theresa which Andy talks about in our interview. It was an honor to interview Andy and to hear the history and stories he shares about his family! Thank you so much, Andy, for spending time with C!SN!

While meeting our new friend, Paul, at Crimson Cup Coffee, Jessica and I spoke with Canada Keck about the upcoming exhibit Comics Vs. Art she has curated at Wild Goose Creative.
